📦 Order Types

🔴 Immediate — hot food, urgent delivery, no pre-loading
📅 Scheduled — can be pre-loaded, deliver within time window

🍺 Alcohol Orders

1. Verify the customer is sober
2. Ask for valid ID (passport, driving licence, PASS card)
3. Enter date of birth
4. If in doubt → refuse · you will still be paid

💰 Payments

Automatic payment on proof of delivery (photo + GPS). Instant or daily — your choice in Settings.

⚠️ Common Issues

Customer not home → photo + GPS → you get paid
Item unavailable → £1.50 compensation
Problem → Report Issue in the app
