Can I change my delivery address? ▼
Yes — if the driver hasn't started the collection yet, tap "Message Driver" on the tracking screen and let them know. If they've already collected, call us and we'll sort it out.
What does "pre-loaded" mean? ▼
For non-food orders with a delivery window, the driver can collect your order early and keep it safely in their vehicle. This means faster delivery within your chosen time slot.
Is my phone number shared with the driver? ▼
No. All calls and messages go through the VOOM system. The driver sees "VOOM Customer" and you see "VOOM Driver". Your personal number is never shared.
What if I'm not home when it arrives? ▼
The driver will try calling you (masked number). If no answer, they'll photograph and leave in a safe place if you've set one up, or return for re-delivery at no charge.
How do I get a refund? ▼
